Dr. Robert T. Baker III, Psy.D.
Dr. Baker is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and Indiana with over 15 years
experience in the field. He is also a member of the core doctoral faculty and a training
supervisor at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, the oldest
independent school of professional psychology in the United States.
Dr. Baker’s clinical interests include the psychological assessment and treatment of
children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. He is experienced in treating individuals
from all walks of life and backgrounds and enjoys sharing in the rich traditions and
diverse points of view afforded by working with the clientele in a city like Chicago.
In addition to his general practice, Dr. Baker has training and experience in
neuropsychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Adlerian psychotherapy, group
psychotherapy, addictions of all types, correctional and forensic psychology,
biofeedback and neurofeedback. Dr. Baker is also an expert in the use of clinical
hypnosis and holds the designation of Approved Consultant with the American Society of
Clinical Hypnosis.
Dr. Baker also has 15 years experience as an executive in the banking industry and is
especially knowledgeable in matters relating to the challenges associated with managing
and working within all types of businesses.
